I have been learning Italian with iLOL for about three months. I cannot recommend iLOL highly enough. My tutor is an excellent teacher and is extremely patient. She immerses you in learning Italian and when explaining things will try and explain it to you, in the first instance, in Italian before resorting to explaining it in English. She pitches her teaching at exactly the right level to challenge you and make progress without it ever seeming onerous.

I have been taking iLOL lessons since November 2018. Looking back on that first lesson I am struck by the good fortune that we seemed to be compatible from that first lesson, probably because of my iLOL tutor experience and skill as a teacher.
